Anderson here, guided Evan and John on one of my favorite PA lakes today.....Duck Harbor! I believe the tally at the end of the day was around 15 or so Smallmouth and Largemouth bass. A couple of panfish made it to the boat as well. Most of the bass were good size fish with the biggest smallie over 17" and the biggest largemouth a touch over 20" and 4.73lb! That makes John Stravinsky our new Lunker Leader for the year! Nice job out there today guys!

Hey everybody josh here. Got out with some friends that helped me cover water in search of a good summer bite. Found some good summer areas which the rocket did awesome in the shallow rocky stuff.caught a few decent fish today and covered water. We got about 12 or so smallies in the boat. Most of them being fairly nice fish and all very healthy! Stay tuned for the weekend outtings!

Hey everyone josh here! Had a good day with john and craig today! This was there first experience fishing with us as there guide and it was a good time even with a few upsets. Let me start about a fun filled day of upsetting news right off the bat. After meeting and greeting john and craig I gave them some bad news. The river rose over 4 feet over night and was still going. Being uneasy about fishing rising waters I told them it would be in our best interest to find a new body of water. So lake winola we went. We fished for almost two hours with only one decent laregmouth in the boat and decided to try the river, judging from NOAA the water had crest at just under 15 feet so away we went. Upon arrival we found garbage, trees, and small branches floating down which is a automatic no go on the river for a few reasons, above all safety and making it back to the launch. So lake carey here we come! The guys fished for 6hrs landing atleast 2 dozen rock bass and around ten bass ranging on the smaller side which wasnt to bad considering the day we have had at that point! Rain held off and it stayed nice and cool all day which was pleasant and we had some pretty decent action. Couple of guys just wanting to go fishing and enjoy the water, lovin it! At the end of the day the water is the best medicine. After a few upsets it was still funfilled and adventurous thanks again john and craig!

It was nice to get to the park for a change. Different scenery is nice occasionally! Maybe next time I can get marian and dave on some good river fishin! Happy fishing!
