Brought Joe and Dominic out for some Musky today. They knew it would be tough and it was. Musky are tough in good conditions let alone bad conditions. So no fish in the boat today. That's fishing though. Next weekend will be a 100% different though. The fishing should be fantastic!

Tough conditions out there on the river today! That didn't stop Rich, Scott, and Phil from catching a few! Only a couple bass today, but the variety was good and a slammer Walleye is always a welcome surprise! Playing with some big uglies today! In the winter like water temps of the Susky! Spring is not showing up this year! 45 degree shallow water, no problem! Finesse gear from @lews_fishing makes the tough stuff alot easier! The river was showing her might with super high water today so off to Lake Carey we went! 2.5hrs of fishing 8 bass and 2 Pickeral was not bad at all! 41 smallmouth in 4.5hrs. Not too bad! This one was a nice one, but she was ugly! Beat up from winter and pale from the lighter colored bottom she came from. So I fancied the pic up a little! A big thank you to Lew's Fishing for granting me membership with Team Lew's! I have been a huge fan of Lew's tackle for a long time now! My clients have been using Lew's equipment on my boat for a couple of years now and next year will be no different! The quality Lew's provides for the dollar, can't be beat! 41 Smallmouth and 9 Walleye in the boat this morning! My Dad and I gave it one last hurrah for the 2017 season! The weather does not look good for any more fishing on softwater this season, after tomorrow anyway! We got some Walleye today! About a dozen Walleye in the boat about half of those were keepers! 54 Smallmouth over the side as well! 38-40 degree water out there! Probably the last nice weekend left this season!
A few hours of bassin this morning, followed by some catfishing! We got 32 Smallmouth, 1 nice walleye, and 2 channel cats! I'm hoping the weather holds off so we can enjoy more soft water this year! Got to do a little fishing today! Rich and I scored 73 Smallmouth and 1 keeper walleye today! Water temp.....38-39! No big ones but lots of good fish.
