Brought out Craig and Woody on Saturday. The mighty Susky was crystal clear and low, perfect conditions in my eyes! The fishing showed why! 103 smallmouth in the boat! No big ones but plenty of nice fish. Good job guys!

Brought Dennis and Mary out on the Susky on Saturday and Sunday! 47 smallies in the boat on Saturday and 63 in the boat on Sunday! It was chilly out there especially with the little snow squal that blew through, but the fish are biting good! No giants but plenty of nice fish! Oh, and Dennis landed a rock fish, he didn't want pictures though, LOL! Brought Craig and Reggie out on the might Susky on Sunday. Chilly start with and warm sun in the afternoon. 79 smallies in the boat along with a few Green sunfish and a sucker. They got a few good ones too! Reggie even caught a rock fish, LOL! Brought out Blake and Tate on Saturday morning. They both had very little fishing experience but they were good students and they ended the day with 26 smallies in the boat. Brought out Joe this morning, on the mighty susky! We had a good old time, 62 smallies in the boat up to 18" in about 6 hrs of fishing!
Love that river! Brought out some beginners today! Kevin, Micheal, and Beth all had a good time and put 15 smallies in the boat. Nice cool weather is finally here! The rain will bring the river up a bit, which is needed badly! The river is super low! Had a good time Saturday with some friends! Jeff and Josh had 32 smallies in the boat with quite a few quality fish today! The bite is starting to change! The fall feeding frenzy will start soon enough! Brought out Zach and Mel for a Smallie trip on the Susquehanna today... Fishing was good with a nice number of good fish in the morning! No big smallies but a bunch of keepers up to about 17". 53 smallies in the boat today, 1 green sunfish and about an 8-10lb channel cat! The river is surely low, much low than this and it's going to start getting tough getting to some spots! Brought out Jon, Paul, and Paul jr on the Susky this morning. They put 46 smallies in the boat plus a nice Channel cat! They tried a bit for some Musky too but no takers. Brought out John and Craig today on the Susky.... 30 Smallies in the boat, 2 Walleye, 2 channel cats, and a Green Sunfish. We had a good time gettin' em! The weather was nice, seen a bunch of eagles, no big bass but even the small ones pull hard in the current! |
